July has come & almost gone....

I have been gone far too long! It is July, and I cannot even remember the last time I blogged! I thought this year would be different and I would blog almost daily... and even though I am on my computer all the time... I'm super busy with my etsy business & promoting it via social media. But I'm taking a breather... so I can let you guys in to my life :)

ETSY:
So my business has been going really well & I'm having fun creating stickers and stationary that make the world a happier place :)
Here is my latest stickers: Aren't they adorable?
Some new Fall themed stickers will be hitting my shop soon as well :)

LITTLE MAN:
Starts Head Start in AUGUST!!! :( I think I may cry! He's getting better with his words & we like using abcmouse.com to help him!

Chris and I haven't really been up to much other than work or me staying home with Christopher. Little man has been going to Kids Club every Thursday at a local church so we usually can spend some time together if he isn't working. Tomorrow I'll be meeting up with him at Michaels after Christopher is dropped off at the church.

I'm hoping to write in here a little more! I'm sorry it has been so long & that life is getting busy :)

Where has the time gone? Summer has now arrived....

Oh. My. Goodness.

It is now June 21 2014, and I have yet to finish my Disney Princess Blog Challenge, and I never did a "JUNE" entry yet. Where has the time gone?

I still have to do a Vacation series for ya'll as well! AHHH!!!!

I guess life sometimes gets in the way, but for someone who is on their computer literally 16/7 (because I do sleep) you would think I would have some time to pop in a few words for a blog entry!
But life has gotten "busy". At least for me.

We had our vacation (which was a lot of fun), but now it is back to the grind. Chris has been working lots of extra hours so that we can get our car working & save up for another vacation this year! Yes!!! Another Vacation! We'll be going to New York for 2 WEEKS! It is so hard to believe we'll be gone that long, but when both of our families like up there, sometimes we have to make sacrifices. We'll be driving our car up, so we have to make sure first that everything is in working order & in driving condition (IE: Oil Change, Tires, Brakes) and we also have to set aside atleast $350+ just incase (knock on wood) that anything happens to the car in our travels. I'm still not sure yet when we're going up there. I'm trying to make sure that it is either in the beginning of October or in the beginning of November.

I have also been extremely busy with my etsy shop (http://creativedesigncorner.etsy.com) and have constant orders going in and out of our home. I am always busy creating new things & that's always super fun to do! Not only that, but I get to share them with others that love them as well! :)

Christopher is doing very well. We have started him on ABCmouse.com to get him started before we sign him up for Pre-K next year. (It's hard to believe that my baby will be 4 in 3 months time). We still have to get him potty trained, but we're trying very hard. He is not easy to break :(
Right now he is in Kids Club (Something a local church does for a few hours on Thursdays while parents can have "me" time) He enjoys being with other kids....but mostly likes playing with "different" toys.

I am sorry about the delay--- but there is an update about my "now" busy and hectic life ;)

Friendship Friday [What Makes YOU Smile?]: Interview: Girl's Night: Moving Sale: And Unpacking...

Hello Fellow Bloggers! I'm linking up with Create With Joy for Friendship Friday!

When you’re sad or having a rough day, what do you do to bring a smile to your face?
  • Do you go for a walk?
No
  • Do you call your best gal pal?
In this day and age, I usual text my best friend
  • Do you treat yourself to something special?
Sometimes :)

- Sometimes I do things that are more appealing to me. I usually listen to music, or read a good book, or write!

What I wore to my interview
This is how my day went Wednesday before the torrential down pour of rain!!! I think my interview went well at Mid Carolina Credit Union--- but I was the 1st one! :/ The first thing I've learned in Business Management is you DON'T want to be the FIRST or the LAST person interviewed. They reassured me however; by saying they'll have a tough decision to make because they like me, so they have a standard for those they were interviewing Thursday.
I still haven't heard anything back yet from Wateree Animal Hospital.

Thursday I spent the day very busy!!!! My mother-in-law and I dropped Christopher off at Kids Club at 10am, and then she dropped me off at Michaels Arts and Crafts around 10:10am. I waited for Chris to get done work, and at 11am we drove around a little and picked Christopher up at 11:50am. Then we drove him back to the house, and left to take me to Physical Therapy. After Physical Therapy we went back to the house where I took a shower and then I had a "girls night" at 5pm. Chris dropped me back off at Michaels Arts and Crafts and I met up with my friend Debbie, my other friend Deb, Debbie's sister in law Summer, and my former boss Lori and we rode down to David's Bridal to search for dresses (but was given POOR customer service, and left empty handed), and then we went out to dinner (without Lori because she had some things she had to do) at Applebees. :) It was an over-all busy but hectic day!!!!
I'm one of the bridesmaids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 :)

Today we went to my Pop's house because he is having a Moving Sale before he moves. He's moving next weekend! I'll miss him and I know booger will too. Tomorrow Chris is going golfing in the morning with his brother, step father, and family friend at Hidden Valley. (I got them a deal through Groupon) :) In the afternoon when Chris returns we're going to Pop's again because we'll be selling some of our stuff, and we'll probably stay there for a couple of hours.

Sunday we'll also be busy because we're helping Lori and Debbie move! Debbie and her fiancee Chris bought a NEW HOME! :) And Lori and her son Joshua will be moving in. So the guys are helping Lori move, and Christopher and I are going to help Debbie unpack :)
This fits Debbie and her fiancee Chris to the 'T'
Well I hope everyone has an amazingly fun and relaxing weekend! And have a GREAT Friendship Friday!

Friendship Friday[Seasonal Blogging]: Physical Therapy: Doctors Appointments: Swimming: and Kids Club...

Hello Bloggers! I'll be teaming up with Create With Joy for Friendship Friday!

-My Friday so far has been good, and not that busy. I did have PT today though :)

  • Do the seasons tend to impact your blogging habits?
I think so. I tend to blog more during Holidays like Christmas and Thanksgiving because that is when our family is the busiest. Now that it is summer, I have been blogging a little more than usual, but that's because I haven't been working this year. Whenever I find a job, I'll be more apt to only blog once a week, which will probably be Friendship Friday!
  • Do you tend to blog steadfastly year round, or do you blog less at certain times?
I blog less whenever I work, or if there really hasn't been much going on. I tend to blog less in January and August. :)
  • Are you blogging more, less or the same than usual this summer?
I'm actually blogging more this summer than usual, but that is because (again) I have not been working. If I was working, I would not be on as much as I am.

My Week was alright. :) I didn't blog this week apart from today, so I guess I can fill you guys in on some things.
I go back to the Orthopedic in 6 weeks for another re-check on my knee, and then as far as I know I will be finished with Physical Therapy. :( (I love Physical Therapy a lot) So when that is finished we're looking into taking me to the gym 2X or more a week to make sure that I stay in shape. My mother-in-law also has a pool., leg press, weights, and bike here at the house that I can use whenever I don't feel like going out to the gym. They also gave me my own personal TENS unit for home :) So now I can have electrical stimulation therapy after a hard workout.
I have been going to PT 3X a week, and on my off days I do the same routines at home (I just up it). I even have my own Spotify Workout Playlist that shuffles so I never hear the same thing on those days. :) Chris will also be getting out our WII from storage, so that I can get on my WII FIT PLUS board, and do those exercises :) (They're a lot of fun!)

Yesterday Christopher went to Kids Club at the church. (It actually was supposed to be somewhere else, but they changed it) so he got to play on the blow up slide and ball pit! (I'm glad he got to experience them before he goes to Monkey Joe's in August, and before his birthday party in September... we'll be renting one for the kids to play on)
Little Man going down the slide!

We have also been doing a lot of swimming during these nice days! (When it rains and storms, we're stuck inside and it is no fun :()
Christopher and myself. He was about to jump into my arms. <3

Well I hope you guys have a great Friday and a wonderful weekend!!!!

Fathers Day, Physical Therapy, Pre-school, and COUPONING AT DOLLAR GENERAL.....

Hello Everyone! I'm sorry that it has been a little while since I have written.

Fathers Day was nice. Chris and I washed Kevin's bike in the morning/ish, swam in the pool with Christopher and then that night Chris and I saw This is the End.

We weren't able to see Pop that day because he was still in New York with his family. We'll be celebrating Fathers Day later this week with him :)

2 days later I was supposed to go to Physical Therapy but workers comp did not approve of Moore Ortho because they were not in network. So my next physical therapy appointment is Friday at 9:30am at Progressive Physical Therapy.

Thursday Christopher went to his very first "preschool" kids club at a local church. :) It was for a couple hours and he had a BLAST! When we came back to pick him up at noon, he gave us hugs and kisses and he gave me a cross he colored that says his name, his age, his favorite colors, and foods :) He goes again on July 11th.

Saturday we went to the grocery store to do our usual "shopping trip". I scored my highest savings yet! I saved 49% at Dollar General and I was really happy. I'll show you a picture and a breakdown:
